Our 4 bedroom home is furnished with modern rustic accents and all the amenities you love.

The Lilly Pad

1 bdrm, private, garden-level apartment at Throops Lake. 1 queen bed sleeps 1 or 2. Let this prime location act as your base camp for adventure in beautiful northwest Montana. Unique, tranquil and relaxing. Lake views surrounded by mountains make it easy to forget you are close to amenities in nearby Troy or Libby. Stroll to the Kootenai River where you can leave civilization behind, and watch the river roll or catch glimpse of a bald eagle gliding above the waters in search of trout.

Swanky Cabin - Romance on the Clark Fork River

This charming shabby chic and private waterfront cabin is a wonderful place for two people who want to get away from it all! Our romantic Swanky Cabin is newly renovated and features an open floor plan, one loft bedroom with a copper infused cooling Layla queen bed, a full bathroom with shower and washer and dryer. The living room features a wood burning fireplace, unlimited high speed internet, 2 large flat screen TV's, pool table and a large sectional sleeper sofa.

"The Little House" -Your Home Away From Home!

Situated on 2 acres of private wooded land you can kick back and relax in this calm, quiet, stylish space located within 5 minutes from town. If you enjoy coffee, we have many options for you. Enjoy fresh roasted espresso beans to use with a Latte Go machine or coffee pot. We also provide a Keurig with a wide variety of pods. All of which you can enjoy seated outside around a propane fire pit. Also available for your use are a griddle, firepit and bikes for outdoor fun.

Enjoy the quiet Montana scenery in this loft apartment. Located near the Kootenai National Forest with endless recreation. Equipped with all of the amenities, and located downtown, you are within walking distance to local shops, eateries, and the local brewery. This two bedroom home was built in 2019 and is conveniently located off of Highway 2, approximately five miles south of Libby. Farm to Market Store is a local favorite place to visit, featuring a lovely coffee shop, made from scratch bakery and deli, serving a variety of breakfast and lunch items. Kootenai Falls & swinging bridge is a 20 min drive and a must see if you have the time!
