Tanner Bldg Apt 9 - 1 Bedroom (Downtown)

Built in 1867, the Averill Block is consider the oldest continuous use commercial building in the State of Michigan as well as the oldest building in downtown Bay City. The 12 ft ceilings and 8 foot tall windows allow for a light and airy feel. Located steps away from everything in downtown Bay City, you can simply park your car for the weekend and walk to everything. This home was created for my wife (Sarah) after we received difficult news of her cancer diagnosis (Ewing Sarcoma) while pregnant. We were able to create an uplifting environment to support her as she battled courageously. Unable to leave the home much, we decided to bring life's beauty to her within the home and around the property. Sarah was the ultimate host who loved to bring people together. We now visit for my little kids to remember their mom. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

For your security and ours we have added outdoor cameras, but absolutely no indoor cameras.There are two golf courses with-in 5 miles and has several restaurants located near the Village of Linwood. Bay City is a larger city 10 miles to the south. The home has a large front and back deck. The home is on a main highway (603 S.Huron Rd) and is tucked away nicely behind a Billboard.
