Our 1 bedroom, self contained apartment is on site at our newly built home. We have free, secure parking outside the apartment. It is fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay, including cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, hoover, hair dryer, iron, extra bed sheets, towels, blankets and pillows. There will be some toiletries and condiments for your use. We are based just outside of Lisburn on a 1 acre site surrounded by fields, the area is extremely peaceful.

Hillsborough Castle & Gardens is just a short stroll as is Hillsborough Forest Park. Lovely Georgian village, 11 Miles by motorway to Belfast and 1 hour and 20 minutes to Dublin. Good bus service and plenty of on-street parking. Village car park 300 meters away. Nice view of Government Lake, in Winter, when the leaves have fallen

The Barn - Hillsborough

A converted barn, a wonderful space for a couple as cosy but also for a family as has a large kitchen. Just outside Hillsborough (2 miles) enjoy the peace of the countryside whilst not being too far from the sights. (Belfast 30 mins, Dublin 1hr 30mins, North Coast, Giants Causeway, 1hr 30mins). Larchfield Estate, wedding venue, 5 minutes drive away. You have complete privacy from us but if you need any advice while here we are just across the yard.

The Barn at Pink Cottage

The Barn at Pink Cottage is close to Downpatrick, Strangford Lough and right at the centre of Game of Thrones filming locations in County Down. You’ll love my place because of it's quirkiness, cosiness, stained glass windows and medieval feel. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, honeymooners, walkers and anyone wishing to just get away from it all and kick back in a beautiful tranquil setting.

The living area has a bed settee and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests have free use of the farms play areas, tennis court and foot golf course. Children supervision required.

As we are a rural location we recommend that you have a car.
