It's a cozy cottage that was just renovated in 2021! In this cottage you feel like you went back to the 50's in a well preserved cottage located right on the water. The renovation was done to keep the original cozy feel while adding new amenities. The sandy beach makes this rustic home the perfect place to get away and enjoy some peace and quiet, disconnect from the world. Enjoy a good nights sleep in one of the 3 brand new queen beds. Close to the restaurants and bars of this lake community.

Looking for a relaxing up north getaway without the drive? Bass Lake Beach and Manor may be exactly what you are looking for! Boasting a sand and stone beach that stretches almost 50 yards, you and your children have plenty of place to explore safely (water shoes recommended fresh water clams are present). A beautiful area to bicycle, hike, swim, SUP, kayak, fish, XC ski, snowshoe… Connected to Halfmoon Lake chain of 8 lakes. Includes use of our pedal boat. Up to 5 Kayaks available for rent. No pets, to respect those with allergies.

Recently remodeled Private, all sports lake front home 15 min from downtown Fentons many restaurants&activities. Take your own boat around the lake(please make early accommodations ) swim in the clear sand bottom water or enjoy the views from the large porch. Bonfire is ready for smores with plenty of chairs! Fishing is amazing ranging from walleye, to sunfish and bluegill.Winter allows for ice skating and ice fishing. This home is truly loved by all regardless of season.
