A self-contained river-facing apartment 50m from the centre of Llangollen. There is direct access out onto the promenade and thence to all the pubs, restaurants and cultural delights of the town. Llangollen appeals particularly to adventurous types (kayaking, climbing, walking, cycling etc.) but there are things to do for everyone no matter how energetic (or not) people feel. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Set in a cottage garden on a hillside above the town of Llangollen our lovely blue cabin has panoramic views across town towards Castell Dinas Bran and the Horseshoe Pass. Beautiful Llangollen is great for a break any time of year. Sit with a drink on the decking, or in front of the little log burner, and watch the sunset over the mountains, or the snow sweeping in along the valley. Take a glass of sparkly and have a bath under the stars.

A cosy home with underfloor heating, woodburner, fully equipped kitchenette, king sized bed & private parking. 5/10 mins walk to the steam train station, pub, canal & river. 1 mile from the centre of Llangollen which has many more pubs, restaurants & activities. Being in the area of outstanding natural beauty there are walks from the doorstep, but we're also only 35 minutes to Eryri/Snowdonia. The barn is not a big space, but is perfect for a getaway for two people. Everyone is welcome.

Our spacious ground floor apartment is set in a stunning location with panoramic views of the open countryside. It offers a private pool, parking and immediate access to the beautiful Dee Valley and onto the World Heritage Llangollen canal. A short 5 minute drive from the lovely town of Llangollen with it's shops, bars, restaurants and steam railway. Snowdonia, North Wales and the historic city of Chester all within an hour's drive. Outdoor heated pool is open from June to end August.
