Art's Studio LLC

Need a change from the Hotel/Motel way of travel? Make your stay in an entire, secluded and very private studio that’s one mile from Hwy 99 just minutes away from Lodi, Galt, Elk Grove plus many popular wineries. Local inquiries are rarely accepted. What to expect: An inclusive and Private Studio for yourself with patio and BBQ. You also have access to common surroundings such as Parking, Hot Tub and large fenced backyard. Pets are welcome too for a one time $50 fee at time of booking.

The French Door

This space is a private entry 275 square foot small studio with a private bath, connected to the main house but with no access to the main house. The unit has a standard sized mini fridge, microwave and keurig coffee maker with coffees to choose from, a very mini toaster oven for one bagel or one piece of toast, lite snacks and waters for you. Also a small table and chair set, desk and a brand new queen sized bed, the location is great if you work at the lab or if visiting family in the area.

Wine Country Cottage

Are you looking to relax while your away? Located in the quaint little town of Woodbridge this Wine Country Cottage is packed with amenities galore. The space is warm and welcoming from the moment you step foot inside the gate. Secluded and serene with a covered porch patio sitting area, outdoor firepit, bocci ball court, jacuzzi and BBQ area. Modern appliances, king size bed, steam room shower combo and a wine cooler to store any purchases you make while your here. A delightful place to stay.

A very magical place we call home. Nestled in the middle of 20 acres of established walnut trees, lies your new favorite getaway! You can simply sit back and chill in the beautiful Orchard House or come outside and enjoy the patio/pool/barbecue/ fire pit and spa. One of the bedrooms listed is upstairs in a gaming tower, filled with entertainment options!! Also if you love animals as much as we do, you can help feed our furry and feathered friends .Either way....Prepare to fall in love!
