Our home is located behind Santa Ynez High School. It is a quiet and safe neighborhood. Our neighbors have farm animals so you can hear roosters, goats and our chickens we have in the back. The back of our home has 1 acre of Sangiovese grape that is harvested in October. The 1 bedroom apartment is attached to our home. It has a parking on our driveway, private entrance, living room, kitchen, bathroom/shower and a bedroom and full size bed.

Come stay near the beach and dunes in Grover Beach. This well appointed 2 bedroom 1.5 bath apt is nicely furnished with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The Oceano Dunes Natural Preserve is less than one mile away, and the famous Pismo Beach Pier is less than 3 miles away. San Luis Obispo is a short and scenic 15 min. drive North. Our unique Studio is located in our working barn, where you could be greeted by our wonderful horses. Our ranch has breathtaking views of the mountains and is minutes away from bike riding, golf, hiking, beaches, horse back riding, wine tasting, and much, much more. You can enjoy sitting outside and relaxing or visit nearby Solvang, Los Olivos, and downtown Santa Ynez. Please, NO PETS.
