The guest house is a cozy, modern place perfect for a couple's stay in Spokane. In 2016, we gutted and rebuilt the 550 sq. ft. guest house and insulated it so it is very quiet inside. Kitchen is fully equipped. Close to popular hiking & biking trails, great restaurants, shopping, and the beautiful outdoors, you’ll love both exploring the gorgeous country views, finding the most fantastic sunrises and sunsets as well as settling into a fully-functional kitchen and cozy space.

Manito Park is on my street, 90 acres, with rose, lilac, formal and native plant gardens, plus a pond with ducks. This is an ideal location for medical professionals, Sacred Heart Hospital, Medical Center and Children's Hospital are 1.3 miles way, along with Shriners, Deaconess Multicare is 1.1 mile distance..
