This is a light and airy space - The Living room and bedroom sliding doors open onto the garden overlooking the ocean. A garden gate leads you to the beach and our well known local surfspot Point. The space is perfect for adventurous, outdoorsy people who love the beach and enjoys surfing and the ocean. It is very peaceful with the constant sound of the waves around u.

The cottage is situated at the rear of the property, separate entrance. It has a large bedroom with an ensuite bathroom (shower), kitchenette, lounge and private outdoor space with a fire pit / braai area. It's only a 2 minute walk to a lovely, quiet beach. The waves at the Point are visible from the top of the garden and its just a few minutes walk down a green belt to Point and a few more minutes along the beach to Supers. Casual and spacious studio room perfect for surfers, a cozy couple’s retreat, those who work remotely, weekenders or holiday makers. Fibre and TV included Solar powered so no black outs.

The Rooftop Look out is communal space for both studios. Smart tv and Free WIFI!
