Grill on the back patio. The 5 guest sleeping arrangement is 2 guests in the queen bed, 2 guests in the full bed and 1 guest on the large couch.

Overlooking the scenic Maumee River, our modern suite is near many local favorites such as Side Cut Metropark, Fallen Timbers Mall, Fort Meigs, restaurants, and more! (see guestbook). The suite features a private entrance, sleeps up to 6, full bath, full kitchen, washer/dryer, fireplaces, Wi-Fi, and more. A staircase leads down to a beautiful valley and river beach. Enjoy water recreation such as fishing, kayaking, swimming, etc. It's a great location for walleye season and a fisherman's dream!

Premium mattresses, goose down comforters, goose down pillows. We also have a laundry facility to be sure linens are spot free and sanitized.

This is a unique side-by-side duplex tucked away in a generally quiet area in the south end of Toledo. This home has a lot of special features that make it a wonderful place to stay whether it be a short-term rental or a long-term rentals. No parties and no smoking/vaping if the rule is broken it’s an additional $500 charge.
