The house is in a rural setting just west of Lake Andes, S.D. The town has a grocery store, gas stations and a nice ice cream and sandwich shop. It is also located close to Fort Randall/Francis Case Reservoir, six miles north of the dam with great access to boat ramps. The house has Direct TV with a fishing theme throughout the house. There are a few steps to get up to the main bathroom and the 3 bedrooms and a few steps down to the recreation room.
