This is a designer-furnished Granny Flat located at the back of our property, with its own private entrance and complete privacy. The pool, spa, and backyard are exclusively yours — no one else shares these spaces. Just so you’re aware, my wife and I live in the main house at the front. While you may occasionally hear us, we’re very quiet and respectful of your space. Your retreat is fully private, we absolutely respect that. Our free range hens roam but so long as you keep your gate closed they won't disturb you. We have koi & goldfish in a pond just outside your area, feel free to venture out there. We live upstairs but you have your own entrance. The unit is warm in winter & cool in summer. Waterfalls 5 mins away, sights/attractions 15 min drive.

Quiet and on the edge of town, this property with it’s main house and two private accommodations, is an acre and a quarter and was originally farmland and the produce store for Blackheath. Away from the hustle and bustle, but only five minutes to town, it's a place to help you rest, explore and reconnect.

Essential Beach House

Our beach house is an ideal getaway. The guests accommodation is self contained and has its own private entrance, situated on the ground floor of our two storey home. Our residence is upstairs and has its own entrance. We'd like your stay to be private and relaxed. We are passionate surfers and the owner/operators of the local surf school, maybe have a surf lesson or coaching with us while your here or just relax!
