The studio apartment is in city limits and is all yours. There is a full size bed, wifi, fridge, 2 burner stove top, toaster oven, Keurig, smart TV, and essentials; plates, bowls, glasses, pots/pans, utensils, towels, washcloth, ect. Conveniently located across the street from a gas station, and down the street from several fast food restaurants, grocery stores, and 2 public parks. Just a short trip to Bowling Green, KY ,approx 30 miles. And 50 miles from Nashville, TN NO smoking inside.

We are renting an area of our house. It is private for your secure stay, with a key code lock entry. 1 bedroom King bed w/ attached bathroom with tub/shower. Upstairs is living/dining/kitchen area. Kitchen has sink, microwave, air fryer, coffee maker, all utensils and refrigerator. Living area has sectional couch, 55" TV with Direct TV. Dining area has table, two chairs and a bench seat. This area has its own AC controlled by you. Washer and dryer available as needed. Relaxing and Safe.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. We are located four houses up from marina , so a 5 minute walk. Also 2 beautiful walking trails a park with playground and beach. This has a galley kitchen and roomy sitting area. It is a studio with a beachy flair! Bring your beach towels and kayaks and there’s room for a boat too or rent one! A 1/2 mile to many restaurants and water park. There’s also a canopy with out door sitting area.

This Condo is a freestanding building on a 100+ year old Greenhouse/ floral business. The structure was formerly a floral cooler to house rose stems after being harvested from the surrounding greenhouses. The kitchen and eating area have all been updated with high end appliances, full size convection oven, induction cook top and super quiet Bosch dishwasher.
