It is suitable for a family or group wanting a base for rural adventure or a spot to gather and escape the city on a sustainably-managed property and has a dog-friendly fenced yard.

The main heating is a wood fuel heater, you will need to be able to light a fire. Altitude approx 1000mtrs the climate is cold in winter, often cold during other seasons.

Please note there is no wifi but phone reception is generally good.
