Welcome to the Gregoire Farm. Our home is a recently remodeled split level located on our family farm. It has 3 bedrooms and two baths as well a sofa bed. Park your car in our two car garage. Great place for a larger group to have plenty of room. A little ways off the beaten path but worth a little extra drive. 15 min drive to Vermillion, 20 min drive to Yankton and 35 minutes to Sioux Falls. Front window views are of a beautiful open lot with trees. This lot is available to guests for their use.

Our newly remodeled 2 bed/ 2 bath condo is a clean, stylish place to spend some time while you visit Sioux Falls. We are in a quiet neighborhood, away from the hustle of Sioux Falls. But it is a quick drive in for shopping or restaurants. We also own another condo within this complex. If you are traveling with a larger group, we can sometimes accommodate between the 2 condos.
