There is a covered Lanai with 2 swivel/rocking chairs, a sofa, & fireplace. A Music Recording Studio with a full ensemble of instruments available with reservation.

Spacious bedroom / **shared bathroom ** I have changed the bathroom to "SHARED" as I may have an out of town guest in the 3rd Bedroom on occasion. ** Feel free to ask. Screened inground pool, fenced yard and security system. Quite neighborhood. Guest bedroom has a QUEEN bed, dresser, chest of drawers, closet and lighted ceiling fan. Breakfast: Coffee or Tea and Biscotti or muffin. Refrigerator available for ONLY beverages, or leftover Take out food. NO Kitchen privileges.

You may see boaters coming in to take their boats out but otherwise quiet. Just a few miles away quiet turns into action. Many eateries, pubs, Music, stores and shopping just minutes away. The front of the house is unassuming but I think you will really enjoy the comfort and views of the backyard!
