The house is fully furnished with appliances (including microwave, refrigerator, washer/dryer, oven, coffee pot, gas grill). Flat screen roku TVs in the living room and master bdrm, and 2 car garage w opener is available. Absolutely perfect for the anyone staying for a couple days or weeks out of the month. (Longer terms can be accommodated as well). COVID Cleaning standards are followed.

We have a high end split A/C unit, so you will not be subjugated to someone else’s desired temperatures, or the expensive hotel's low end units.

Upstairs we host “The Pilots lounge” Space has updated full kitchen. just a few blocks from the mall and within five minutes of 15 different restaurants. Space has plenty of natural light. backyard with a covered porch. Great space to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning located in a quiet neighborhood walking distance from the park.

The Tall City Cottage

Cute and comfortable studio cottage! We have the perfect spot in the Tall City for quick vacations, family getaways, or long-term corporate travel. Great location right off the loop and just a short drive from downtown. High speed WiFi, workspace, stocked kitchenette, reverse osmosis drinking water, mini-split AC & heating, and a shared patio and backyard space.
