Located on a quiet rural road just 7 miles north of Stephenville, this newly remodeled home is on a pond and has wooded acreage. The wide pond-side porch is scenic & great for both morning & evening use. The property is one mile from the Tarleton State University Rodeo Facility and close to Melody Mountain Ranch. The two first floor bedrooms each have a king sized bed. There is a queen bed in the bedroom upstairs and a trundle bed in the loft. The ground floor is all handicapped-accessible.

Has kitchen, large dining area which doubles as a ping-pong room, den with view of lake, screened in porch stocked with a variety of fishing poles, dock with small boat slip and diving board, laundry room, full and twin air mattress for extra sleeping needs, bedding, linens, towels, washcloths, utensils, pots, pans, dishes, fire pit, gas grill, {Jon boats, barge with trolling motor can be rented.}

We're a 34-minute drive to the South of Possum Kingdom Lake, a 10 minute drive to Palo Pinto lake, and a 27 minute drive to the new Palo Pinto Mountains State Park. This one time mobile home has been renovated and has an ad on in which both garage doors open to a large fresh air porch. Everything you’ll need to enjoy some time on Palo Pinto Lake is provided. The house has three bedrooms with four beds and three TVs with Wi-Fi and streaming service included. Two full bathrooms accompany the house, and you will have access to the dock, fire pit, and grill.
