Stunning new house with amazing sea view and pool

The house features a stunning view on the sea, the two ports, the mountain and the Spanish Fortess. On the ground floor: living room with tv and air conditioner, well-equipped kitchen with a small terrace, main bedroom with air conditioner and bathroom, second room with double bed and bathroom. By the vintage stairs you can reach the mezzanine with a small bathroom and two comfortable queen bed. In the big terrace you can enjoy your meals. Access at the pool (from 15 june) and parking space.

Récemment rénové avec des matériaux traditionnels, ce refuge baigné de lumière dispose d'une chambre en mezzanine, d'une kitchenette entièrement équipée et de meubles soigneusement sélectionnés. Situé au cœur du village paisible, il est à juste à cotè du célèbre restaurant Caino, près des thermes de Saturnia et à seulement 45 minutes de la magnifique côte de l'Argentario.

We love our home because it's light, cosy, breezy, relaxing. All newly renovated :) Literally 10 paces from the beach, there is a road so expect some road noise! Parking available outside our gate. Private outdoor space to celebrate together with seating for 10 around marble table, grill, hammock and extra large outdoor sofa.

The house enjoys an extraordinary panoramic view of the valley and a reading nook with fireplace to stay cosy at night. The real gem of the house is the large terrace overlooking the 13th century church: a real rarity in the village of Sorano!
