Property in beautiful Mountain Green Utah with nearby access to all kinds of outdoor activities including skiing, snowboarding, hiking, mountain biking, boating, golf and swimming. The space is a beautifully remodeled and modernized 2,200+ square foot basement apartment with noise reduction materials throughout. **This is the basement of the house. I live upstairs and will most likely be home. You have the hot tub to yourself and welcome to the grill and firepit (weather/conditions permitting).

Two queen beds, a fully stocked kitchen & gas grill allow for a cozy and comfortable experience. Relax in the hot tub and take in the breathtaking views after a day skiing or hiking nearby.

Easy access from I-84, 15 minutes to Snowbasin, 30 minutes to downtown Salt Lake City, and 35 to the SLC airport.

Quiet Mountainside home with amazing views just 15 minutes from skiing and town! Enjoy this beautiful top floor of 2 story home that features a great room with large full kitchen, dining and entertainment area, and kid’s corner. The home is on a half-acre lot largely naturally landscaped with mature trees. Regularly see wild turkeys, moose and deer. Please Note: The owner resides in a basement apartment on the premises which has its own entrance. The 2 areas are completely separate.

Paddle boards available upon request. Morgan is surrounded by an abundance of hiking trails, mtn biking trails, ski resorts, and many other outdoor recreation activities. Morgan is within a 30 min drive to 3 large lakes, and under an hour to Park City, Ogden, and Salt Lake City.

Wonderful basement apartment with private entrance. A full 1700 square feet to enjoy relaxing after a full day of adventure. 10 miles from Snowbasin, 16 miles to Powder mountain, and 13 miles from Nordic Valley Ski resort. 10 miles to Pineview reservoir. Ogden is only 15 miles away from Shopping and Dinning. Our apartment is cozy and has many unique amenities including steam shower, foosball table, shuffle board and theater room. Sleeps 6 people comfortably.
