The Little House

This newer home is located in Morro Heights, just blocks from the golf course, bay, Embarcadero and downtown. It is 630 sq. ft. and features one bedroom with a king bed and a queen memory foam sofa bed. There are tv's in the bedroom and living room, a full kitchen, with porcelain flooring throughout, including the heated bathroom floor. There is also an indoor full size washer and dryer. It’s located 1 mile from Baywood Park. 8 miles from Montaña de Oro State Park-ample hiking and walking options against a beautiful backdrop of the Pacific Ocean and Eucalyptus trees. 10 minute drive to Morro Bay, the ocean and you can see seals and otters. 15 minute drive to San Luis Obispo. 25 minute drive to Edna Valley or 45 mins north to Paso Robles vineyards and wine tasting.

We're in an excellent quiet location, just one block from the Bay, Audubon Lookout, Farmers Market, and unique restaurants. Only a five-minute drive to the MUST-SEE Montana de Oro State Park.
