Long stays welcome. Strictly NO children and no pets please. We do have fur babies at the property but they are not allowed in the studio.

Detached guest suite in Avondale, Auckland

This large studio space with a study is the perfect spot for travellers or newcomers into Auckland. Located only a 3 minute walk to the train station, which takes you to Auckland CBD (Britomart Train Station) as well as Newmarket and Kingsland Train Station (for events at Mt Eden) via the western line. If taking the bus is preferred, it is a 5 minute walk to the Avondale bus stops. A simple kitchenette with a small fridge, microwave and kettle is available. Free onsite parking available.

Welcome to our private studio in a lovely tree lined street in Mt Albert, as is fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday, or long term stay. Situated 20 mins from Auckland Airport We are a flat 5 minutes short walk to the train station where you can go to Eden Park or continue on the train into the CBD of Auckland. Bus stops are 3 minutes walk. We are very close to Chamberlain Park if you like golf Unfortunately this studio is unsuitable for children and Infants.

You will love Club Premier for its great location, because it is fully self-contained, nicely appointed, nice outlook, park next door, comfy bed, clean, cosy, outdoor BBQ and patio area and much more..come see for yourself!!

Modern and spacious 1 bedroom flat with kitchenette. Massive lounge and dedicated entrance 1 bedroom with queen sized bed and futon in lounge. If you want the futon in the lounge made up into a bed please book for 3 people to account for extra bedding. Kitchenette with kettle and toaster. Kid friendly with books and toys. The flat is underneath the main house so we do ask for quiet after 10pm each evening.

Self check-in for your flexibility and very fast internet (over 90 mbps) Close to the West Coast beaches and the beautiful Waitakere Ranges. Shops are a 4 minute walk down the hill and include supermarket, pharmacy, bottle shop, baker, dairy, fish and chip shop and coffee shop. Supermarkets and Uber eats also deliver.

Set in peaceful private garden, we have a self contained studio room with a kitchenette and ensuite. You will have separate access to main house. It's a family home with a young active family, so you will hear kids playing in the garden during daytime hours, always laughs and giggles!
