The Helm—2-Story Container Home close to Magnolia Market

This unique home started as two shipping containers–20' and 40'. We insulated and paneled the interior in pine shiplap and trimmed it out in 100+ year old barnwood. The outside is clad with cedar siding with spacing to allow the original container to still be seen. Entry is through the original container doors or a side entry with a standard door. We removed the steel panels from the doors and replaced them with picturesque full glass. The fun rooftop deck is surrounded by a custom cable railing system and lit with LED lights under the rail that gives the deck a beautiful glow at night. The deck and upstairs bedroom is accessed by an exterior spiral stairway. We live right around the corner so are available for anything you need including any questions on the house or your time in Waco. We’ll try to meet you to show you the house if possible but you can also check yourself in with the passcode we’ll send you the day of check-in. The location is a safe rural neighbourhood, just north of Waco and close to I-35. Surrounded by trees, cattle graze nearby. Guests are also welcome to use the lawn. Shop and eat in Homestead Cafe and Craft Village. only 3 minutes away by road. You can park right at the house and Uber is available.

The Firefly- Pvt drive Studio Apt, 5mins from Lake

The Firefly is located in heart of Dawson, Texas only a short drive to beautiful natural landscapes of country fields, small businesses, and five minute drive to the Navarro Mills Lake. You will enjoy the rural charm of a small town off the main road that will take you straight into Waco if you go West 40 minutes or Corsicana if you go East 30 minutes. The Firefly is 1.15 hours away from Dallas, Texas. If you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing vacation spot, we welcome you to the Firefly.

GREEN ENERGY Rental! Most of the power to this rental is provided by SOLAR. 12 min from Magnolia Market & Baylor's McLane Stadium, Cameron & BSR Parks. 1.5 miles from I-35. It is 5 min from Homestead Heritage. This rental has a direct connect to the router. This rental is part of a duplex and this side (right side) of the duplex is named "The Ranch". The other side is named "The Farmhouse". Both sides can be rented for larger groups. We ask that all guests be considerate of other guests.

It is the perfect destination for a weekend getaway or rest from your visit to Waco & the Silo District (25 min), Baylor University (20 min), or Waco Surf (10 min).

This Guest Cabin situated on a 5 acre fenced property is a comfortable escape into farm life while still being 15 minutes from Magnolia and 4 minutes from Homestead Heritage. Newly built, the cabin features an open floorplan with shiplap walls and barn wood accents. Boasting a kitchenette complete with microwave, toaster oven, mini fridge Keurig maker and hotplate! The King bed is a memory foam mattress with down comforter and pillows. Comfort and style are the focus in this rustic barn cabin.

Charming backyard cottage set in the historic Sanger-Heights neighborhood just 7 minutes from Magnolia by car and blocks from Downtown. Off-street parking and a private entrance to your own fenced yard. A pathway leads to a private patio with an outdoor seating area. The cottage includes a Queen sized bed, TV with Netflix, bathroom, bathtub and shower. It is located on our property adjacent to our home, and we are available as much or as little as you desire. Cozy Cabin in the Country 101

Come enjoy the sunset on the porch of this modern cabin located in the country away from the hustle and noise of the city. Our cabin is located in a field next to grazing livestock. This cabin offers plenty of patio seating, a king size bed and a loft with twin beds. Our kitchenette is equipped with a hot plate and basic utensils for preparing a simple meal. A microwave and mini fridge are included. There is not an oven. There is a gas grill which is shared with both cabins.

Cozy Cottage

This spacious suite includes leather couch and chairs. The accents that will feel like your “home away from home!" Relax in the rockers on the cute front porch for some true “recreation.” The adjacent kitchen dining area is well equipped for cooking with a small size refrigerator, stove, microwave and coffee/tea station. The cottage has a simple but elegant country home feel. There is a large swing nestled in the large pecan trees that is fun for thrill seekers.

A-Frame cabin - Hot tub, Deck, View, Fire pit!

Welcome to the A-Frame, just 30 minutes from Waco. This charming cabin offers a serene escape surrounded by Hill Country views. The A-frame's architecture adds character and provides a cozy atmosphere with abundant natural light. Enjoy the outdoor area complete with a soaking tub, fire pit, and hot tub. Dan’s Place - 14 miles to Baylor & Magnolia

3 bedroom 2 bath, 1500 sq foot cottage close to Tradinghouse Lake. The cottage was built in the late 1940's and was totally renovated in 2017. It is isolated with only one neighbor across the street and is very peaceful. It has a small pond that has a fountain, and is stocked with Bass, Crappie, Bluegill and catfish. Fishing poles and baits are provided. Small gatherings/parties are permitted. I have had several small weddings in the past.
