Lots of shops around us and walking distance to the supermarket, cafes and banks. There are also lovely restaurants on our street, you name it, its here. If coming to Auckland, check us out, you will not be disappointed. Bus stop just outside our gate, to the city centre or airport .

Modern, open plan, family home with great indoor/outdoor flow. 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, (one ensuite), and a downstairs rumpus/bedroom room. 3 x Digital TV's with Netflix, Wifi, Heat Pump and all the mod cons. The large enclosed flat back yard with all day sun provides a great space for children. This safe, secure and comfortable suburban home is close to the new motorway link for easy access around the city, with Eden Park, The Zoo/Motat, New Lynn and the airport all easy to get to.

Very handy to Mt Eden, and Dominion Road restaurants, cafes. Buses to downtown are on Dominion and Mt Eden Road. (Approximately 800 meters). Close to some wonderful walks: One Tree Hill, Three Kings Mountain, and Mt Eden reserves. A quick trip into the city and viaduct. 8 minutes to Eden Park, and Alexandra Park, and 15 minutes to Mt Smar.t or Western Springs, and ASB Show Grounds. (Will vary on game, or concert, days.) Visits: The Zoo, Motat, The Museum, or the Art Gallery downtown.

Sunny Garden Studio, Mt Eden

The garden studio is 5km from the city centre and 2 mins to a frequent city bus stop. Mt Eden village & Maungawhau/Mt Eden summit are an easy walk away. For sports fans and concert goers Eden Park is close by. Art-house cinema, The Capitol is a short walk away, amongst the popular Asian cheap eats on Dominion Rd. This quiet no-exit street is close to everything you need. Good for solo adventurers and couples. Kitchen facilities: sink, microwave, full fridge, toaster and kettle.

Situated on Waitakere Rd and handy to many locations. 8 mins drive to many amazing Restaurants, Craft brewery's, Winery's, Farmers Markets, Tree Adventures, Motor x tracks. 15 mins drive to the stunning Bethell's Beach.
