Cosy yet contemporary, this architect designed, free standing townhouse in historical South Hobart is filled with sun, art and views of kunanyi (Mt Wellington). Although surrounded by popular cafes and shops, The Loft is quiet and private. Situated near the stunning Hobart Rivulet, it's an easy 15-20 min walk or 10 min ride to the CBD. Or cycle/walk the other way to the Cascade Brewery.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), and bigger groups.

Newly renovated with high quality fixtures and fittings, we have maintained the Art Deco features and added beautiful furnishings. Park on Park is warm and welcoming, with new bathrooms, a remodelled kitchen and new driveway and gardens.
