The ground floor apartment is suitable for up to 10 people and has everyhing you need for a short or longer stay! The kitchen is equipped and a big table for everybody to enjoy the tasty food is in our open planned living area with TV. ACs are installated in all the rooms&hot water is also available.

Situated on the Eastern side of Lagoa Uembje, Shongili Lodge is reached by an 8 minute boat ride over clear, clean waters from the Mozambique town of Biléne. Or for the adventurous drivers, an hour and a half scenic 4x4 or 2x4 drive from the same town. The lodge is run completely on solar power with water sourced from a well on the grounds, This may mean a little less appliances, but also an abundance of quiet reflection.

The small street is full of life and has all types of businesses and shops such as banks, coffee shops, a convenience store and restaurants. Also less than a couple of minutes walk is the Sommershild Medical Clinic and Campo Di Fiori, located at a park nearby. Taxi stand is located less than a 100 meters away.
