The home is not a shared space, has it's own address, street frontage, and is not located in a unit complex.

The Mud Shack is a VERY dog-friendly tropical hideaway, a short stroll to Mudjimba Beach. 2+ dogs welcome and can stay inside. Large resort pool. Tropical gardens, large fenced yard, separate driveway. Fully air-conditioned. Bedroom has very comfy Queen bed. Double Sofa Bed in lounge and extra beds avail on request. Ceiling fans, screened with large dog door. Electric oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, Weber BBQ, fridge, toaster, jug, crockery, cutlery, linen, towels, free WIFI, Netflix, Stan.

Flooded with natural light and decorated with shabby-chic beach theme. Relax in the open plan living area, covered outdoor alfresco area, or rear wooden deck with large Hampton style deck chairs. The main open plan living area has futon couch and flat screen TV or retreat to the sleep-out/ third bedroom which has additional TV and couch.

There's a ceiling fan when the breeze is off duty. Enjoy the shower deck. Kitchen has sink, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee pod thingamjig. You'll need a car: We're 7 min to the shops, 13 minutes to the river, 15 minutes to the surf, 25 min to the hinterland waterfalls but only 0 minutes to tranquility. Host on premises.

Buderim Waterfalls are a 10 minute walk and other attractions like Australia Zoo, Sea life Mooloolaba, Ginger Factory, TreeTop challenge -Big Pineapple are within a 30 minute drive.

Garden Bungalow located on Sunshine Coast .Walk to beach, park, cafes. 5 mins drive from airport and supermarket. Walk to public transport. The Space - has a living area ,dinning area, kitchen with gas cook top ( no oven) 120 L. fridge, kettle, toaster, iron, TV, DVD, CD . Please note- my place is not suitable for young children, we live on an acreage with no fence, we have big dam and wildlife.

Great for a quick weekend to relax or perfect for a good long family holiday..
