We've created a tasteful, cozy and comfortable space to make your stay in the city a complete experience. We serve coffee, and all breakfast essentials that you can enjoy in the dinning table, overlooking the main street and the cute balcony. The super comfortable king-size bed and nice sheets will make sure you get a good night's rest, making you ready for the next day in this extraordinary city. The balcony is a great place to wine down while looking at the beautiful trees of Avenida Veracruz in front of you, or the city's oldest fountain to your left. Fully-equipped kitchen with all essentials and extra goodies for you to enjoy. Comfortable bathroom with good-pressure rain shower, and hot water. Additional services are offered which can be arranged after your reservation is confirmed. These include: daily cleaning service, laundry and dry cleaning, meal prep, driver, and others. Just tell us what your needs are and we'll make sure to accommodate them! You'll be in a unique, comfortable apartment located in one of the prime areas of this city, right where Condesa meets Roma, surrounded by main transportation accesses. Guests will have access to the entire apartment, which is accessed by a private entrance. This entrance leads to both apartments that we have, so you will be sharing it with other fellow Airbnb guests. Having a private entrance and staircase, with self check-in and keyless entrance door, will give guests more privacy and comfort during their stay. Check-in and Check-out times will be previously arranged. We are always flexible, trying to accommodate guests' arriving and departing times. Our city guide was made with lots of love, sharing our favorite and most valued places in the city. And we are always available for any questions or help that guests may need during their stay. With its tree-lined streets, two parks, and top bars and restaurants, colonia Condesa, or 'La Condesa', is one of the city's most popular and charming neighborhoods. Castillo de Chapultepec, Paseo de la Reforma, and the Chapultepec metro are all just a short walk away. Walking is the best option, especially since there is so much to see and explore in Condesa and other nearby neighborhoods, like Roma. All main public transportation is just a block away. The metro line that stops here, Chapultepec stop, takes you straight to the city center. If you prefer riding by car, Uber is always the most efficient, and quite cheap, option. We also have a great, trusted driver that offers transportation services to places like Teitihuacán, where you can see the magnificent Pyramids of the Sun and the Moon.

Moderno Estudio ubicado sobre calle principal, a la vuelta de Bosque Chapultepec, a unos pasos de Av. Reforma. Super luminoso, limpio y en zona segura con excelente vista. Se encuentra estratégicamente ubicado en medio de las Col Polanco, Roma, Condesa y Juárez. Cuenta con balcón, 2 elevadores, roof garden, vigilancia, mantenimiento. Electrodomésticos, lava secadora, tv 43', 1 cama queen size, Netflix, Wifi 700MB. Excelente para gente que viaja por trabajo, negocios, home office o vacaciones!.

Lovely Studio w beauty Terrace

Best located studio on the top of a nice house in Condesa. Leafy terrace, high ceilings, large windows and loaded with everything you need! You get to the studio directly by an external stairs or through the house kitchen’s that works more as a common hallway and a staircase for your exclusive use (the blue ones showed in the pictures), that goes to the second floor. You never have to enter into the rest of the house.
