Built in the 1880's it has grand rooms, ornate fireplaces, high ceilings, spacious balconies and is surrounded by a wild organic garden which is very secluded. A 10 minute steep walk to Marine Parade, central Napier and its many restaurants. We provide breakfast in the conservatory. Sorry but this room is only suitable for two people. There is also a separate entrance for guest.
