Self contained small studio next to owners home, offering all the basics for you to explore the Brecon Beacons National Park, National Showcaves, Craig y Nos Castle, the Monkey Sanctuary and Henrhyd Waterfalls. Visit Mumbles and the beautiful Gower coast, for the engergetic follow Route 43 of the National Cycle Network. Two great pubs serving food within walking distance. On road parking. We leave guests enjoy . 40 minutes by bus from Neath station, ask for advice before booking if unsure.

Yr Hen Stabl
Yr Hen Stabl is a dog friendly, converted farm stable full of character and charm. It is simply furnished with antique Welsh furniture and textiles. The cosy interior with wood burning stove offers a comfortable space in which to relax after long walks in the Brecon Beacons or from which to work remotely. Based near to the waterfalls, the cottage provides easy access to outdoor activities such as wild swimming, gorge walking and hiking. It is also conveniently situated for the Gower coast.

Guests have access to a large lawn area that can be used for football and other sports. In addition, the hardstanding around the property is suitable for children to ride bicycles or scooters. There is an orchard on site, and during the harvest, guest can help themselves to apples, pears, and plums.
