Upstairs, two inviting bedrooms promise restful nights. The accessible first floor offers extra sleeping space, a full kitchen, and a walk-in shower. Spend your days fishing from the shore or strolling the beach at sunset—this bayside haven blends romance, family comfort, and the timeless rhythm of the tide.

The Little House

The Little House is a quaint place to stay during your time in the South Jersey area while visiting friends/family, wineries & breweries, the beaches or the city of Philadelphia - also close to the soccer fields that host many East Coast leagues. The Little House is perfect for a business traveler, couple or an adult & child for weekend tournaments. We live on the property in the main house coined the Brown House. You will have complete privacy, but you may see us around eating al fresco!

Outside you'll find a fire pit, hot tub and large field, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 3 mile drive takes you to the historic town of Greenwich. We are between Philadelphia and AC (within 15-20 minutes from Vineland, Millville, and Glassboro), but in the tranquility of the NJ pinelands. Malaga Lake and nature reserves are only 1 mile away.
