It has a full kitchen, AC, a Queen size Murphy bed, Starlink WIFI, Hot water and secure parking space. The full gym and pool are yours to use. We often have fresh eggs to share as well as a garden where you can pick your own salad greens and herbs.

We offer 2 new, safe and cozy studios within Hacienda Pinilla, an exclusive premium gated community just 15 minutes away from the famous town of Tamarindo. Both studios have a kitchenette, open air shower and terrace. They are 5 minutes drive from 3 beautiful beaches and the JW Marriott Hotel. 2 adults and 1 child can sleep per studio (we can put a small extra bed). They can be rented separately or together. There is no pool on property but the Beach Club is 5 minutes drive away.
