This is a Christian home, located equal distance from Springfield, MO and Branson, with 30 minutes either direction. We are about 5 miles from Trail Springs mountain bike park. We are 15 minutes from Ozark Mill project and downtown area. We are 10 minutes from great hiking trails at Busiek State Park, (URL HIDDEN) and many other hiking opportunities within 30 minutes. Come stay with us in this beautifully restored historic loft with upscale amenities. Located in the heart of Downtown Springfield. This luxury loft was once a historic building dating back to 1920’s and still boasts the exposed brick and original hardwood floors. This loft will sleep 4 with a king bed, futon, and pull out couch. There is one bathroom and a wash room with washer and dryer. The loft is Walking distance from fine dining, breweries, night clubs, coffee shops, and so much more!

Location! Location! Location! Our completely private, remodeled duplex is located just south of Hwy 60 in Springfield, MO. We are only a couple minutes from the closest grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping centers. The Battlefield Mall, Bass Pro Wonders of Wildlife, Cox and Mercy hospitals are all under 10 minutes away, and Downtown Springfield is a short 15 minute drive. If our East unit is a bit too small for your group, you can combine your booking with our West unit if available!

Our cozy house in the center of Nixa. It is located between Branson & Springfield. We are walking distance to the center of Nixa. We hope you enjoy this clean and comfy home as much as we did. Fireplace is decorative only. We are not the hosts that “pop in,” however we are only a message away. We have a ring camera that records externally only By booking or staying with us, you (and others in your party)agree to financially indemnify us for any incidents or accidents that may occur.

A laundry room is a shared area, but we work hard to limit use while guests are here.
