Separate entrance but shares walls with host/other guests. Expect household “motion” (Hotel type…but cleaner and cuter!) No Pets or children. If you are looking for a wonderful experience, you have found the place. Single family home, main floor living, plenty of driveway parking, fenced yard, in quiet neighborhood. No sharing the space with the owner and no adjacent tenants. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths & loft play area with a futon bunk bed for additional sleeping options. The cozy comfortable living room with gas fire place is a wonderful place to snuggle up and watch movies, the dining room has seating for 6 plus 3 at the kitchen bar.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located unit. With a fireplace, steam shower, shuffle board, stand up arcade game, and skeeball, there is plenty to keep everyone busy. There is a California king, comfortable 2nd king and a full over twin bunk bed. The bedrooms both have large walk in closets. Each bedroom has its own tv, along with stylish simple decorations. There is a large very well appointed kitchen that is open to the dining area and living room.

With a family of 7 living in the house there can be a fair amount of foot traffic and noise.** Approx. 15 min. from SLC airport, 37 min.Snowbird, 27 min. to downtown Salt Lake. This rental requires that tenants can safely get down stairs.
