Kensington is a quaint, palm tree-lined, historical & walkable village. The 2 room garden suite is a 3-minute walk to shops, coffee spots, restaurants, an organic grocery and wine bars. Downtown San Diego, Gaslamp, Little Italy, Convention Center, Petco Park, Balboa Park, multiple beaches, San Diego Zoo, etc are all an easy 10-15 min. drive away! Quick 10 minute Uber Ride to downtown Gaslamp nightlife, the Zoo, Petco Park, etc. Take your pick of numerous gleaming beaches a quick, straight 15-20 minute ride away. Trolley Stop Close (5 min drive), Bus stop at end of street. Immediate freeway access. Near literally everything. Kensington rocks! Central to ALL- 10 min. to Downtown, convention center, Gaslamp, airport, Beaches (20 minutes) REALLY close to SDSU (10 min. max), 20 min from University of San Diego. Sadly, we no longer host peacocks, but our space is decorated in memory of their majestic energy.
