Small house with lake view. pool + garden + sun

The small house is situated slightly outside and up from the village. It has a wonderful view over the lake and mountains and catches the evening sun until late. The house is very very simple and very basic but has been refurnished with a small pool, private garden and BBQ. It has two parking spaces. A local 24 hour supermarket is 3 minutes’ walk, and there is easy walking access by bus and train to Lugano, Milan and Como. There is easy access to the local lake ferry boat service too.

Located in the picturesque town of Rovinj, Studio is set 5 km from the Nature Park Zlatni Rt and 5 km from City Center. It offers rustic-style rooms with a flat-screen TV, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. The Studio has spacious bathroom, kitchen, decorated with wooden beams and stone wall elements and comes with a big terrace. My place is fresh and clean. It has fabulous vineyard views and is close to Florence. You’ll like it here because of the outdoors space and the light. The Castello di Nipozzano is within walking distance. I can book you a winetasting and visit to the historic cellars. I know my place is great for couples.
