Classy place with beautiful view

It is a spacious 2 bedroom, super clean apartment with beautiful valley view. Panaji city (restaurants ) is just 10 min away and you can visit the beaches ( Candolim, Calangute, Baga, Vagator around 14km ) and other happening places in North Goa. Nearest breach , Miramar, is just 8 km. The apartment has power inverter for continuous power (although the power shortages are rare). We have installed a 15 amp plug -in the stilt parking for EV charging (at an extra cost, message for details).

Tranquility Cottage in Calangute / Baga.

Meditation, mental calmness & clarity was our main focus when creating this beautiful space. Built in a Hexagonal style, it is a space that immediately soothes, calms and refreshes one’s entire being. Surrounded on all sides with old Goan style stained glass windows that overlook the garden, this space is ideal when one wants to recharge and rejuvenate. I have also setup a work desk. I have designed a very Zen style open plan garden kitchen with a stunning bamboo groove as a backdrop.

The Loja by the water - a workation place

The Loja (shop/store in Portuguese) on the water’s edge was a trading post. Canoas (boats) exchanged salt and tiles for farm produce. Restored, it’s now a self-contained space in the same rural waterfront setting, tranquil yet only 20 minutes from Panjim. It remains a working farm with normal farming activities. Experience Goa of long ago with early morning walks, cycling, or just nature watching.
