We are a short distance to downtown Truckee and all there little shops and we are 5 minutes outside the Ski Resort Village. Most have told us it's a hidden- GEM. Bird watch, fish or just relax. Upstairs queen bedroom, a pull out sofa bed downstairs, and pull out twin bed in the loft. Please note inquire if you’d like to bring a pet. Pets are limited to one dog 30lbs or less. Equipped with a queen bed and comfy couch there is plenty of room to relax after a big day in Tahoe. During the summer enjoy meals or relaxing outside on your private deck with shade garden. During the winter you can cross country ski behind the house (conditions permitting). Only 8 miles from (Palisades) Alpine and Squaw.

Snow removal is included. There is a new gas range/oven and all the cooking utensils you’ll need! We also have a new refrigerator!
