Beautiful home located in a very relaxing and secluded residential area. Very Private setting with one bedroom which has a queen bed with sofa sleeper and its own private full bath. Living room area has a kitchenette at the lower level (no induction stove) and a lovely lounge area. stairs to access the lower level. This new home is nestled in the woods and you can hear the waves crashing. The home is 8 min walking distance to the Pacific ocean beach and Lost Creek State park.

Summer visits include optional access to Bayshore Clubhouse (guest fee additional) with heated pool, rec room and more. 1 King, 1 Queen, small double futon, 2 bathrooms, large bathtub with view of ocean, Satellite, WiFi, Blu-ray player. Seal Rock Perch Getaway

Our home has one bedroom (plush queen) and one bath. The two leather couches in the living room fold out to full beds. The kitchen is well setup for the weekend chef. The house has a beautiful and private green view with peeks of the ocean. Even though perched up on the hill, you can still hear the ocean and the sea lions when in action. No pets, including emotional support animals (actual service animals welcome) and parking is limited to 2 vehicles.

Bright and open while being cozy and comfortable all at the same time. This guest suite offers you your own private entrance, kitchenette, king size bed and southern exposure with ocean views. This is a spacious, gorgeous beachfront home with amazing views from every window. You walk off the large deck onto the sandy beach. To the west is the Pacific Ocean and to the southeast is Alsea Bay. The home is conveniently located between Florence and Newport a perfect location to experience pure ocean joy!
