Located directly over the beautiful waters of Skaneateles Lake. Enjoy incredible views and immersive soundscapes from a rustic, knotty-pine cottage. Ideal for small-family vacations & couples retreats. Sleeps 4-6. Includes: updated kitchen, bathroom, queen bed set, sleeping loft (w/queen), 8 pc. modular sofa, TV, cable, wi-fi, heat, a/c, water & ice. Patios have seating for dining, sunbathing, net-covered bunk bed, boat dock, swim dock (Jun-Sep), gas grill, big swing, 4 kayaks & a paddle board.

Destination Relaxation @ Beachside

The Lake House is 1800 sq. ft. of complete relaxation. Dock your personal boat out back on 50 feet of the beautiful Oneida Lake South Shore and feel free to use the Paddle Board w/life jacket, the Kayaks w/ paddles or the fishing poles provided for Guest use. Prepare wonderful meals in the fully equipped kitchen or on the Gas Grill to eat outside or inside. Enjoy the evening scenery on the spacious deck or in the hot tub with friends and family awaiting the spectacular South Shore sunsets!

You will find on our 23 acre homestead farm our beautiful lodge-themed private guest-house. Relax in the indoor jetted tub or the outdoor shared nine-person hot tub, year around. Enjoy the sounds of nature & experience the truly-amazing, gorgeous, & breathtaking views with a rustic country charm that includes waterfalls, walking/hiking trails, chickens & fish you can feed, a pond with boats, an apiary, streams, gardens, fields, woods, & much more nature. While at the firepit take in a deep breath and experience the 180-degree view of the lake and watch the sun go down. Your day is not done- look toward the sky to see the stars come out!

Spacious first floor with inviting fire place, comfy living room, chest with games, and full entertainment system. Open kitchen is great for entertaining for large groups or indulging in the culinary arts. Gigabit wifi and a comfortable space for office work with a desk, working printer, drafting table and easel for creative endeavors. Quiet nights and comfortable bedrooms will give you a great night sleep--you'll need it for kayaking in the morning!

This cozy cottage has an authentic cabin feel. We recently purchased the property and chose to keep the original charm and features it offers. We love that it provides a simple escape from everyday life. When you walk in you are instantly welcomed by large windows in the living room giving you full lake views. The open, quaint setting of this cottage allows you to reconnect with your family and friends. The home has waterfront access to Owasco Lake.

Features include an active stream, dock for your boat, easy lake access, kayaks for use, as well as a water's edge fire pit on the point. Sleeps 2 adults. ATTENTION: The last 1/2 mile down is a steep gravel road. All wheel drive vehicles are recommended. (but not necessary)
