Nature Lovers’ and Birders’ Red Bluff River Haven

A unique river retreat for relaxing and viewing wildlife. We are minutes from extensive trails and about an hour from Lassen Park. Our house has fragile and antique components and is not suited for pets, groups or children. If you are ok with quirky, imperfect, au natural and "wild" (possibility of snakes and spiders) we have your place! With windows along most of the east side, you will almost always have a view of the Sacramento River. This is not a cookie cutter house—please read listing.

Mourning Dove Studio, a zen like (UPSTAIRS) room. Sleeps up to (2) adults, (no children), king bed, coffee, tea, oatmeal, bottled water (no ice). Clean bathroom w/towels. Only 1.5 miles from I-5, perfect for travelers wanting a safe place to rest. Hosts on site. We are unable to host any service animals/animals, due to allergies and serious health conditions. Orchard Cottage w/ Level 2 EV Charger

This cottage was completely remodeled in 2020. It sits on the back of our property and backs up to an orchard. The property is over an acre. It is quiet and peaceful. You will find fruit trees, grapes, a garden and chickens. The chickens roam the property during the day. You may hear a rooster in the AM. There is a covered patio and fire pit to enjoy the evenings in Chico. If you like to cook outdoors there is a gas BBQ & pellet grill/smoker. It is 1.8 miles from Chico State and Downtown.

Located right downtown - perfect for a traveling couple!

This Lovely 2/1 home is minutes from the I-5 freeway located in Corning CA. Come stay for a night or extended period of time. Dog friendly too! Enjoy the many things Corning has to offer-Rolling Hills Casino, Sacramento River for fishing, only 6 min away! This place offers 2 comfy queen size beds, kitchen, dining table and a spacious living room with a very comfy couch to relax on. This is a non smoking/drug home. There will be a fine of $500 if violated.
