Short driving distance to beaches, golf courses, wineries, restaurants and more. Note: This place is NOT suitable for people with mobility issues (some steps and garden pathway to get to the suite).

Welcome to The View on 87th, we are a 7 minute walk to the historic downtown and beaches (2 min drive). Come stay and enjoy our panoramic view of Osoyoos Lake and Anarchist Mountain. This place will unwind and recharge you in no time. We travel extensively, know what we like, and set this place up as a perfect 2-couple or extended family getaway. We are also pet friendly (not on the beds/furniture please) to responsible owners. Please don't be the person who gets this rule changed.

NO CLEANING FEE! If you are here to party, unfortunately this place would not be a good fit for you. This suite has 1 king bed and pull out sofa bed and a cot. This space features subtle uses of color, wood flooring, with outdoor seating area. Stunning views of Okanagan Lake from your private patio - 5-10mins to wineries and golf courses. Runaway Express Coach

Our little caboose seems to have escaped the Kettle Valley Rail Line; offering a slice of peaceful, mountain retreat. The passengers whistle with pleasure as they rest in the queen size luxury bed. Tucked away amongst the rocks, pines and burbling creek; the cute woodstove brings it together as a cozy place for dreaming. In the past two years the railroad tycoons staying here have always rated us 5 stars on cleanliness. Includes business ready wifi speeds of 350 mbps.

*ADULTS ONLY (21+)/NO PETS Our home is an ADULT ONLY ACCOMMODATION, nestled on a ground fed pond, which is only an 8 minute walk to town and the beach. From every window of the suite is a front row view of the pond, along with orchards, mountains and the golf course. It is a quiet, private, serene setting that feels like your very own oasis. In the centre of wine country. Just above the water with a Breathtaking View of Okanagan Lake. We are located only a short 5 minute drive to some of the most stunning and exquisite wineries in the beautiful Okanagan. Downtown Kelowna is only a 10 minute drive to enjoy some amazing restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Please be aware, we do have young kids that live above the suite. You may hear some pitter patter that starts in the morning.

The Treehouse Suite

The Tree House Suite Peachland Eagles Nest B&B, a place to fall in love, relax, think and plan. The Tree House suite is 440 sq. ft. and will accommodate 1 to 4 guests. The Treehouse Suite is attached to the main house. It is a totally separate and self-contained suite with a private entrance, private deck, full kitchen and laundry. You open the gate and step onto your private deck with an OMG view south of Lake Okanagan.
