The "Sunshine Cabin" enjoys ample natural sun year around from its lofty position up in the trees. The large picture window overlooking Big Lake provides a birds eye view (partial view) of both the canopy and lake. This 81’ deep lake has an island and home to many types of fish that's why we brought fishing/recreational kayaks for our guests. The boat launch access is just 1.6 miles from the sunshine cabin. The cabin is secluded on 1.45 acres of trees. The place has 18 stairs to the 2nd floor.

Guests will have access to Otsego Lake, and all of the Northern Michigan favorites are within 45 minutes to 1.5 hours away!

With a cozy up north cabin feel you also have the amenities of home with Wi-Fi for streaming, a full kitchen, washer & dryer, and downtown Gaylord just a 9 minute drive away! There is an abundance of golf courses close by with some just up the road: Michaywe Pines, The Ridge, and The Loon!

The back yard is spacious & entirely secluded, with a 7 person 100 jet hot tub & wide trails throughout the back 9 acres. 20 Beds: 1 king, 2 queen, 2 queen sleeper sofas, & 15 air mattresses. (Weddings & family reunions welcomed - but no parties!)

One room rustic cabin with private bath Sleeps 4 max comfortably. Small refrigerator, coffee pot ,toaster oven/air-fryer, outdoor firepit, and outdoor propane grill. Overlooking small pond. We currently have bald eagles and golden eagles sighted daily. Close to the snowmobile trail, 4-wheeler trails, horse trails and the Pigeon River State forest. I-75 does run along side of property, but has a tree line which blocks the sight of it.

Quaint cabin just steps away from the pigeon river! Great place if you like peace and quiet and the great outdoors! There is a beautiful pond on property and a fire pit right next to the river! Perfect for golfers, skiers, and snowmobilers! The cabin is just around the corner from treetops resort, treetops north, and treetops Jones! Snowmobile accessible! *Main renter must be 25 to book*

Welcome to the Deer-View Cabin! This cabin is a two bedroom, one bath, with an attached two car garage, nested on three acres of property. It is perfect for a family, couples, or friends for a weekend get away! The pictures speak for themselves!! This newly remodeled cabin comes new leather furniture, in house washer/dryer, electric fireplace and 55" TV with Roku capabilities.
