The pool pump is behind 2 doors & runs daily.

It has a queen bed, a small private bathroom with a shower, a fridge, TV, Wifi, microwave, etc. Guests will love the location and privacy! Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, etc. are available for your enjoyment. Enjoy the great ocean view from the backyard.

Mission Beach Studio - Steps to Sand

Studio style private room steps to the beach, right on the border of Pacific & Mission Beach. Studio is completely private, you will also have exclusive access to your own bathroom, there is no shared space besides the entry way. Unit has A/C too! Walking distance or a short ride to everything you could want to do in San Diego. Outdoor shower for after the beach as well! Mini fridge & microwave also!

This beautiful home is right off the boardwalk in Pacific Beach, a 5-10 min walk to the Pier. Close to the beach, restaurants, and bars. The house is centrally located in San Diego making visits allover easy. We are right next to the 5 star Pacific Terrace Hotel. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 private bathroom for guests. Please note, I am home but keep to myself, I live on the back of the house.
