Fully remodeled, the little cabin on the marsh is a 1 BR house with a loft. Inside is almost all wood. The house sits on the marsh water of the Waccamaw river. The neighborhood is a dirt road with a mix of mobile homes and houses. The neighbors are great and have lived on the street for decades. The house is surrounded by live oaks, nature and tidal marsh water in the backyard. Litchfield and Pawleys Island beaches are 5 minutes away. We are on the Waterfront, also the natural part of Murrells Inlet. We have beautiful sunrises and views of the Inlet from our patio and backyard. The Waccamaw Neck Bikeway, which is part of the East Coast Greenway, runs in front of our home. (Bring your bicycle) Huntington Beach State Park and Brookgreen Gardens 1 mile South of us. The Marsh Walk is 2 miles to the North. Grahams Landing Restaurant is one lot over from us, within walking distance. Southern Hops is across the street.

Welcome to Pawleys Paradise. You will love our quiet coastal cottage on a cul-de-sac street that backs up to the Marsh. Enjoy morning coffee or evening wine on the huge screened in porch. After a long day at the beach it is great to have 3 full bathrooms, (with a tankless water heater) so everyone gets a hot shower to head out to one of the great restaurants in the area. Start up some s’mores in the fire pit. Fishermen bring your boats! Plenty of private parking in driveway.

"Arrogantly shabby", situated on a quiet street right around the corner from the 'creek' where most enjoy fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding and floating! Restaurants, shopping, and of course 1 mile to the beach! Coined W&D on site. Jasmine is located in the downstairs of the cottage. One bedroom featuring a queen bed and full bed. Bathroom has a large walk-in shower. Kitchen and living combo. Screened in porch and private fenced in area with table umbrella and chairs.
