Located close to town, research institutes, and local companies , it's perfect for business stays, with flexible spaces for use as an office, meeting venue, or staff accommodation. It’s equally ideal as a holiday home for visiting family or friends. The house features four bedrooms, can accommodate up to 7 guests. Long-term stays are welcome, and discounts can be offered for extended long-term bookings.

Country seclusion

This accomodation is in a secluded country area but only 15mins from the centre of Palmerston North city and only 5 minutes from the Palmerston North air port. The dwelling consists of an open plan kitchen dining lounge area, a seperate bedroom with a queen size bed and a seperate bathroom consisting of a toilet shower and vanity unit. There is also a fold out couch in the lounge which turns into a double bed .We have chocolate lab dog Tui who roams freely around the property and is friendly

Our house is ideally suited to family groups, sports teams or fly in workers accomodation. The large open plan living area opens out onto a concrete deck with a seating area with great indoor outdoor flow for the warmer months. The house is located 5mins walk from the square so you have the best Palmerston North has to offer layed at your feet. Our property is a 6 bedroom home; available as a 2 bedroom (sleeps 4) or 6 bedroom configuration (sleeps 9), depending on your travel needs.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located place. Easy walk into town and amenities. Double glazed, private and peaceful. Fully stocked kitchen with cooking equipment and dishwasher. Downstairs is an open plan area with kitchen, dining area and living room, study space as well as toilet and laundry. Upstairs large double bedroom with queen bed and smaller room with king single bed, both with wardrobes, also bathroom with shower and toilet.

Our place is Located on the outskirts of Ashhurst with semi-rural feel. Your room is separate from the house. It has a comfy double bed, you have your own shower, toilet and laundry with a small kitchen with an oven microwave and air fryer. Fridge/freezer, toaster and kettle also in kitchen. Tea and coffee are provided in your room. Your space is separate from our main house in a Kiwi style sleep-out attached to the garage.

Rimu Ridge Hut

Rimu Ridge hut is located in QEII protected Indigenous Native Forest on a working farm. Explore the bush and wildlife with extensive views over the Tararua Region approx 25 min east from Palmerston North. The hut is meant to be 'back to basics' style being off grid, has a bunk bed arrangement and guests will need to walk 15-25min to the hut. The hut is perfect for families to explore or to just 'un-plug'.
