For a tiny house it has a spacious lower level with vaulted ceiling and upper bedroom loft. Wifi & smart TV. Nice warm heat and cool AC. Outdoor activity includes hammocks, swimming, boating (canoe, kayaks, john boat). For fishing we have boats, nets & fish-dressing station (bring poles & bait). About 13 miles from Palmyra and Monroe, nearest gas and groceries.

It features keyless entry's a full kitchen with a Kuerig coffee maker. Private parking big enough for truck and boat trailer. Located just 5 miles from Fulton, MO and only 20 miles from Columbia, MO and easy access to I70 and Hwy 54

This cute house is on a working alternative farm that raises grass-fed beef and lamb. If you want to get away from the busy life, come sit on the porch and watch the sunset. A state park is close for kayaking and canoeing. There are some very nice restaurants and wineries close by or you can cook in the large kitchen. There are some great biking trails and horse back riding in the conservation area that's 2 miles away.
