The three Air BnB rooms are downstairs. The hosts are upstairs. The bedroom which faces north, is very sunny and light. There are two chairs with a coffee table in the bedroom. There is also a kitchenette with microwave, fridge, toaster and sandwich press. There is a large table with 2 chairs in the kitchenette where you can eat and/or use your Laptop if you are working or you can use it for groceries etc There is a bathroom with toilet and shower There is a step up to the shower

It is close to bus and train, local cafes, a shopping centre and a walking track that surrounds the Orakei Basin.

Located in the recently-completed Eden Green apartment complex, Our Place is a modern one-bedroom apartment with its own private patio and garden. Please note that there is NO KITCHEN but an electric kettle, toaster, microwave and bar fridge. It is located directly behind Parnell Village, being close to numerous cafes, restaurants and bars. It is also very close to the Link bus on Parnell Road going to the city and Newmarket.
