The park has amenities, including a heated pool. Washer and dryer in the utility room. Wi-Fi, TV. Great dining is close by, Clearwater Beach (35 min.), snorkel with manatees, kayaking is big, Tarpon Springs Sponge docks. Very nice people. Minimum age restriction for at least one adult guest - 55+."
