Spacious Studio near Sedona

The Studio is nestled against a hillside, in a quiet neighborhood, off a dirt road not far from Interstate 17 and centrally located to all that the Verde Valley has to offer. We are minutes to Montezuma Well and Montezuma Castle, and a short drive to Sedona, Page Springs Wineries, Cornville, Camp Verde, and Cottonwood. Prescott and Flagstaff are about an hour drive. The Studio is perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking and exploring and as a respite for working and solo travelers.

Forest Retreat

Stay in the cool Pine Forest of the Mogollon Rim at an elevation of 6800 feet. Apartment is attached to the main home of the hostess, includes, 760 square foot living area. Picture windows allow for the relaxing viewing of birds and squirrels in the area. Sometime there might be a sighting of majestic elk or deer. Close to three fishing lakes and many hiking trails. There are two fast-food restaurants and other locally owned eateries. Many small businesses dot the area.

Carriage House

The carriage house is part of the Florian Fire House. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. A short stroll down to Safeway and other shopping, restaurants, and the parks in Payson. It's a great central hub for any of your adventures in the heart of Arizona. There is an espresso machine and full fridge in a small but full kitchen. Cozy bedroom with a gas fireplace! Front and back patio. Washer/dryer in bedroom. Roku TV in the bedroom.

Lake Montezuma The BN-BnB

Lake Montezuma is located in the very center of Arizona, in the Verde Valley. In a short drive of less than an hour you can be in Sedona, Flagstaff, Prescott or Jerome. This lovely Southwest style apartment has a private ,fenced, backyard for grilling or relaxing over a cup of coffee in the morning, . Although it is a duplex, the back yard is very private and nothing like apartment or motel lodging. Please note that there are no pets and no smoking allowed.

The Payson House Apartment

The downstairs apartment of the Payson House. Located on the boundary of Tonto forest out towards the end of Airport Lane. A 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and open living room with all the amenities you need for a nice couples' getaway. Private entrance with the sounds of our pond as you enter. Heating option in the winter, and A/C option during the summer. Access to hiking the Tonto Forest and surrounding area lakes. Only a 5 minute drive to Green Valley park!
